We have immediate openings for Support Engineer and Senior Support Engineer positions with Arcserve. Looking for candidates, who can join us in immediate to max 30days notice.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3+years

Please find below the skills

• Customer focus, teamwork, ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Hands-on with Arcserve UDP/HP data protector/IBM Tivoli/ Veeam.
• Advance knowledge in core enterprise infrastructure.
• Advance technical knowledge of Networks and Operating Systems (Windows Server OSI/Unix / Linux)
• Strong understanding of storage and server-based applications in a network environment
• Knowledge of supporting Hardware including SANI NAS environments Desired certifications
• Desired Certifications on MCSE/CCNA/OCP/SNIA/RHCE/VCP/OCP

NOTE: Looking for support in (Spanish and Portuguese ) / German / Spanish/French language proficiency. Immediate to 30days notice required.
